Matt Winchester
Matt is a builder/developer who likes to help others see a different future for themselves and others in their personal and professional lives. With a background in finance and planning, he sees the interconnections between creating a vision, planning, executing, and accomplishing.
Matt has an extensive career both as an individual knowledge worker and leader of teams across many disciplines (analytics, finance, operations, planning, service delivery to name a few). He values sharing his experiences in companies large and small so that others can learn without the cost of touching the proverbial stove themselves.
He also enjoys teaching early career (or pre-career) individuals both academically and practically. He’s a proponent of Community Colleges as an entry into the workforce and currently is an Adjunct Professor at Odessa College along with his professional role.
